  • Someone with strong work ethic, that can learn and pivot on the fly! Need to come in with a strong base as you will need to hit the ground running! There training is not real strong.

  • It can vary greatly. By your manager/director and what your job is. I teach at a university as well and they have made accommodations to fit my schedule. I have a lot of tasks to do and can do some remotely after hours to make up any time I miss. But depending on your position and project business needs may dictate needing you here all the time. My experience is the staff does all it can to accommodate, but developers may not have any flexibility, BA and project managers have a little more flexibility as there work is more portable. But again the project or system may dictate a more stringent schedule.
