JazzHR isn't just a company where you come in, do your assigned work, and leave. The leadership team is always urging you to find find your interest - which may be a department outside of your day-to-day work. They want to help cultivate skillsets and enable employees to grow professionally

I like that they are transparent about where the company is going and where we are struggling. There is high motivation to make sure everyone is on board with the mission and people seem to be valued here from each department's lead.
