We are constantly reminded that we all have a hand in the company reaching its goals and when you have an idea to make it better it is heard and taken into consideration. We also have many team happy hours and bonding activities which helps build office moral!

They go out of their way to make fun events, get everyone involved, and recognize hard work.
Although we are a lean team, we are because we are all empowered, we get more done across the board than anywhere I've worked. I love hearing people say, "Wow! I can't believe you are less than 100 employees! I thought you were much bigger."
