The overall experience is uplifting, engaging, and constructive. There are issues with leadership regarding communication, annual reviews, raises, and favoritism. The company seems to be secure and empowers their employees to do their best. I would like to see annual reviews and raises.

What's the office layout like at JBT Corporation?
The outer walls are offices the middle is file area there is a section off to one side for engineering and and general it keeps changing.
Very nice office in Alpharetta, GA a very old one in Madera, CA

After almost 39 yrs, today I feel less secure than ever. Matter of a fact Hr. just told me if I can stay up with the people on the floor , she has no problem terminating me. She has been here only 5 months. Never once looked at my history. So that's my answer.

Used to be being a part of the family, team, business. But now it's just trying to keep a job there.
