What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about employees
They care about the people and customers
set high but unrealistic goals
Leadership team set strong 5 year goals for the company.
There is little accountability, when goals are not met there are no consequences. The executive team has not created a good vision which directs activities. The company has lots of potential but without effective leadership is not very responsive to market forces.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, reviews, incentives, pay raises, transparency.
Comunication, responce time , Have one documeted posted poicy rarher than documented policies and verbal policies as when convenient. Include all employees
Try pretending they are working with humans not animals. Remember we too are worries about Covid.
Keep changing hands. No one knows up from down. How to treat employee's not just pay.

Raises based on performance not just your title
increased salary and better health benefits
After 20 years i am now a number rather than a valued employee.
Responsibilities quickly ramped up to a level above what I was hired for and there was no support. Compensation was not adjusted to match the workload.
Employees who have been employed with jbt for 8 years and never seen a pay increase or cost of living increase with no other compensation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of us actually work well together, support eachother and get things done. Others slack off and show up to collect a check. The ones who want to work, learn and grow are effective team players.

They work togther well and are kind
They even though not equal in pay still come through to complete the task!
My current and most of past coworkers are great to work with but because we have other employees provided by a minority company, those employees are mistreated.

The safety meetings before each shift
Definitely an 'old guard' focus on family.

The 'canned' questions inhibit real interviewing. The hiring manager knows what they are looking for and should have complete freedom to ask what they need.
