What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of us actually work well together, support eachother and get things done. Others slack off and show up to collect a check. The ones who want to work, learn and grow are effective team players.
teamwork environment focused on results
They work togther well and are kind
They even though not equal in pay still come through to complete the task!
My current and most of past coworkers are great to work with but because we have other employees provided by a minority company, those employees are mistreated.
There is a good variety of experience which is useful in establishing problem solving teams.
