They really care about employees
They care about the people and customers
set high but unrealistic goals
Leadership team set strong 5 year goals for the company.
There is little accountability, when goals are not met there are no consequences. The executive team has not created a good vision which directs activities. The company has lots of potential but without effective leadership is not very responsive to market forces.

Comunication, responce time , Have one documeted posted poicy rarher than documented policies and verbal policies as when convenient. Include all employees
Try pretending they are working with humans not animals. Remember we too are worries about Covid.
Keep changing hands. No one knows up from down. How to treat employee's not just pay.
