MAAG Group - part of Dover. The downside of workingat MAAG Goup - some upper managers are incompetent. They promote people based on personal relationships, not on peofessional qualifications.

Good people to work with on day to day basis. Most of its operations are outsourced. As a qualified employee, I do no feel valued since there is cheaper workforce outside US. Upper management is very profit oriented.
