Other than the standard 401k, health, dental, vision, the stock options are something I've never been offered before at any workplace. Jerry's growth is exponential, and it's exciting that I can not only contribute to that success directly but also see a stock compensation for it.

People aren't afraid to have fun and contribute to an environment that is all inclusive, and fun to be in even outside of work. There is absolutely no pressure to work, is voluntary, and work life balance is unparalleled, whether that be scheduled PTO or flex time.

The best things is that everyone is available and always helpful thanks to slack. Things aren't left on the backburner and people are kept in constant communication and measured in progress along their way. People also aren't afraid to have fun here, and make that part of the company culture

I like that ownership is highlighted. Every person at Jerry whether high level manager or entry level customer service is able to add input to meetings, slack, and is kept up on progress. Often, these ideas become actual products of the company, and time is given in meetings to shout out people.

What makes me most happy at work is a combination of things. Work life balance keeps me from being stressed out. Good leaders and team leads keep you on a sense of progress through the company. Team meetings give all kinds of new ideas, contributions, and opportunity to grow. Lastly, time flies.

Though it seemed a bit much at firstn I liked that I was able to interview with 3 separate people in the company (the hiring manager, sales vp, and co-founder of the company). The co-founder interview was the most interesting as I really got into depth on what Jerry values and the history of it.
