When you combine that with how nice everyone is, and how willing they are to support each other, it's magical

I've always felt like Jerry cares about me. I'm never just another employee, I'm a valuable team member whose opinions matter. It is very fast-paced so things can feel overwhelming at times, but there is always recognition and gratitude for the hard work I put in.

Always working at a fast pace, but skillfully. There is excellent leadership in the company, which does a great job at laying out the mission of the company. This makes it a very empowering place to work.

There's no fluff, or bells, or whistles. Everything is very straightforward, and has to work directly to helping us achieve our company goal.

Their passion for the mission of Jerry. They believe in it wholeheartedly.

None of the managers have a tech background. And they have no idea what "technical difficulties" means, instead they will push you to work overtime to launch products with some unrealistic deadlines.

Great collaborative thinkers that both see the bigger picture and the small details. Really feels like they have your back, and you're one of their own. Ownership is felt every day.

The work-life balance. As a company with many people still working remotely, they understand the importance of it and PTO.

Speed comes at a cost of quality. It's unrealistic to have some big features launched in less than a week. And if transparency is in the culture please share more about the company's valuation.

The interviewers go deep to understand not just the skills that I will bring but myself as a whole since I'm not just bringing my experience and skills. I can truly be myself after such a grueling interview where I feel they really dug deep to understand how I've come to become who I am today
