What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work at our own pace because there is a high degree of trust but that's because I will work hard, fast and at times even long hours to make sure I don't slow down the team. Extreme sense of ownership and no pride or ego make it freeing to put in my best every day
The combination of a smart, friendly, and ambitious team is incredible.

People aren't afraid to have fun and contribute to an environment that is all inclusive, and fun to be in even outside of work. There is absolutely no pressure to work, is voluntary, and work life balance is unparalleled, whether that be scheduled PTO or flex time.

Everyone seems to understand their role within Jerry and how it applies to the mission. While there is a lot of room for jokes and fun, everyone is very good at doing what needs to get done and more. The environment is well-balanced and often quite motivating.
Knowing that your work will have an immediate impact on our customers' financial lives for the better.
Interactions are personal and safe. If something needs to be changed, it's never portrayed in a negative/critical way. Operations for creating content leave room for revision and direction at the beginning of the writing process so you're never stuck redoing everything from sctratch.
Coworkers and management are all pleasant to interact with.

I'd say the openness and supportiveness of the culture. That makes you want to put in the effort that's needed to grow as fast as we've been growing. I also like the balance between having a sense of urgency and doing quality work. It's a tough balance, but I think Jerry strikes a good balance.
People speak to each other in a polite and respectful way. The leadership team is responsive to my needs.
How close I feel to the company! We are spread out all over the world and Jerry makes sure to emphasize the importance of cross- company interaction in order to strengthen the overall culture and environment!
There is a great overall vibe. Everyone supports everyone else in all aspects
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Speed comes at a cost of quality. It's unrealistic to have some big features launched in less than a week. And if transparency is in the culture please share more about the company's valuation.
