The interviewers go deep to understand not just the skills that I will bring but myself as a whole since I'm not just bringing my experience and skills. I can truly be myself after such a grueling interview where I feel they really dug deep to understand how I've come to become who I am today

I like getting to interview with one of the founders. It showed me that they care on the executive level about who they are choosing to work at Jerry.

The interview process was very thorough and provided me with exposure to cross functional leaders!

Though it seemed a bit much at firstn I liked that I was able to interview with 3 separate people in the company (the hiring manager, sales vp, and co-founder of the company). The co-founder interview was the most interesting as I really got into depth on what Jerry values and the history of it.

It's very thorough. Very transparent. Each person does their best to make sure I'm aware of timelines and next steps so I'm not stuck wondering. I never felt like it was an interview, it was more a conversation which I really liked.

I was able to meet with multiple members of the team is was applying for, as well as members from the executive team.

I was able to interview with different managers and get a feel for the company from their perspective.
