What do you like best about the leadership team?

There's no fluff, or bells, or whistles. Everything is very straightforward, and has to work directly to helping us achieve our company goal.

The executive leadership team is so down to earth and approachable. They're hands on in driving the company forward and willing to get their hands dirty to make things happen!

The leadership team shares a lot of information with the team, is humble, and has communicated a clear vision for the company that they have stuck with. They also focus on positive feedback. We have time for shoutouts in every weekly team meeting.

I like that ownership is highlighted. Every person at Jerry whether high level manager or entry level customer service is able to add input to meetings, slack, and is kept up on progress. Often, these ideas become actual products of the company, and time is given in meetings to shout out people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

None of the managers have a tech background. And they have no idea what "technical difficulties" means, instead they will push you to work overtime to launch products with some unrealistic deadlines.
