They take a very conservative, long-term view on company vision and strategy. They really care about important metrics that not all companies consider like profitability etc

We can all speak our mind. There is a lot of understanding of different approaches to work and to ideas. It is not very political in the sense of work politics and games played to get ahead.

They gave me an assessment that actually tested my skills. I had confidence in the team I was joining because of the difficulty of the assessment. I knew that it accurately reflected the skills I'd need on the job, and that if my peers passed the same test they would be good at their jobs.
