The leadership team seem to be constantly striving to make Kraken the best it can be, whilst understanding that people and the way they are treated is pivotal to the companies success.

I'm paid well on base, not just advised too much about equity being the winning element. It's important for companies to be proud of equity and describe its meaningful value, i.e., but most folks are more concerned about base and bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite working remotely we've managed to create a close knit community.

We can all speak our mind. There is a lot of understanding of different approaches to work and to ideas. It is not very political in the sense of work politics and games played to get ahead.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Presented exactly what the role needed, clear, assessment allowed me to see whether or not I was also interested in the position.

They gave me an assessment that actually tested my skills. I had confidence in the team I was joining because of the difficulty of the assessment. I knew that it accurately reflected the skills I'd need on the job, and that if my peers passed the same test they would be good at their jobs.
