I have loved my time working here. It is the first and only place where I am comfortable being myself without having to second-guess my communication style. I am supported in voicing my opinions. While not perfect, this company has helped me grow immensely in my career and professional style.

A culture of open discussion and kind disagreement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take a very conservative, long-term view on company vision and strategy. They really care about important metrics that not all companies consider like profitability etc
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can all speak our mind. There is a lot of understanding of different approaches to work and to ideas. It is not very political in the sense of work politics and games played to get ahead.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They gave me an assessment that actually tested my skills. I had confidence in the team I was joining because of the difficulty of the assessment. I knew that it accurately reflected the skills I'd need on the job, and that if my peers passed the same test they would be good at their jobs.
