Presented exactly what the role needed, clear, assessment allowed me to see whether or not I was also interested in the position.

They gave me an assessment that actually tested my skills. I had confidence in the team I was joining because of the difficulty of the assessment. I knew that it accurately reflected the skills I'd need on the job, and that if my peers passed the same test they would be good at their jobs.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process lacks transparency. It was never communicated that the role would significantly change over time or that additional responsibilities would be added without any adjustment in compensation.
Figure it out yourself. Lol.
