I'm surrounded by bright and capable people. We're a meritocracy, and that means we recruit many of the best and brightest. One can therefore rely on colleagues to do their jobs well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid well on base, not just advised too much about equity being the winning element. It's important for companies to be proud of equity and describe its meaningful value, i.e., but most folks are more concerned about base and bonus.
