The workload is not balanced. Not everyone is qualified for all the tasks in their positions (like training/teaching). Upper management does not seem interested in our job satisfaction.

use the intelligence of the employees that have been hired from outside but have extensive industry knowledge outside of KUBRA / way too many decisions are made by people that have only experience from the many years at KUBRA (seems as if the KUBRA way is the only way which is stagnating vision)

Letting go off resources that dont perform well and keep a closer look at individual Performances. Especially find better ways to reward good performance and efficient contributors. Currently some individuals just offer minimal effort and thereby having strong employees having to pick up the slack

I feel like the executive team needs to have more productive town halls. Sometimes I feel like it is more of a "Show and Tell" rather than outlining the company's goals and the strategies we need to take to reach our goals. It is concerning that we have not received our bonuses two times in a row.

The executive team and HR are more concerned with PR (e.g., purchasing awards like this one) than resolving actual issues, like disparity in pay and benefits, offering telework options, addressing the nepotism, etc.
