The workload is not balanced. Not everyone is qualified for all the tasks in their positions (like training/teaching). Upper management does not seem interested in our job satisfaction.

Letting go off resources that dont perform well and keep a closer look at individual Performances. Especially find better ways to reward good performance and efficient contributors. Currently some individuals just offer minimal effort and thereby having strong employees having to pick up the slack

The Help requested or help from other team always requires more delay and not able to get resolution or response on time to make a better move. There is a failure by the company to recognize employees as their most valuable asset, and treat them accordingly. The company needs to stop exhibiting reckless disregard for human health and safety, e.g., with respect to keeping people safe from COVID-19.

KUBRA exhibits huge favoritism, special treatment, and rewards to a privileged few. HR is incompetent (can't manage basic tasks like payroll), instead focusing on secondary, useless tasks, like competing for 3rd party awards or planning social events. Company doesn't care about employees.

Focus should be shifted from hiring the cheapest candidates to hiring the right candidates. The bottom-of-the-barrel candidates who do accept the low ball offers frequently leave, sometimes within weeks, not having the skills for the job and receiving a better offer elsewhere.

Eliminate the nepotism/favoritism. Some people have been hired without being subjected to the full, normal hiring process (e.g., bypassing interviews, only interviewing a single candidate and not considering others, etc.).

Timeline took way too long; I had several other offers during this time and the only reason I didn't take them is I heard good things about Kubra; until I found out about the pay.
