To improve, it would help to have better alignment between individual strengths and job responsibilities, and more recognition for contributions. Additionally, fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment could enhance overall job satisfaction.

A good start would be to treat employees with basic dignity and respect.

Open office floor plan makes it impossible to accomplish work during work hours. Company's telework policy only allows employees to work remotely once or twice a month, and only under extenuating circumstances. Company puts profit before its own people.

I don't get the sense that the executive team has concrete plans for the future of our products, mostly just buzzwords. There's also unresolved disagreement between the leaders of two departments working on different products, and I doubt we'll actually integrate those products without resolving it.

Very supportive, collaborative, friendly teams. The company is pretty secure regardless of current state of external influences. Open to evolve
The company supports building the right product for our customers and not cutting corners just for speed or profit.

There are still quite a few managers either more interested in making something not their problem or quoting the former-CTO as the reason they're running things a certain way.
