Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Should meet the market standards

Review from Product Dept

I feel undervalued because of insufficient feedback on career path. To feel better about my compensation, I would appreciate a clear criteria for raises and promotions, or additional benefits aligned with my contributions and responsibilities.

Review from Customer Success Dept

bonus structure could use an overhaul.

Review from Operations Dept

My previous company colleagues paid more than what i get now

Review from Customer Support Dept

think leadership should take into consideration that inflation is making things harder for a lot of employees and that pay should reflect this change accordingly

I do not feel undervalue, I can see the company tries.

Review from Operations Dept

As compared with the recent market and based on the tight deadline projects and the work, I believe compensation is less than the market.

Review from Engineering Dept

Increase in Pay and some good benefits.

Review from Product Dept

I am paid less than the national average for my position.

Review from Sales Dept

salary not at par with current market rate, and not a fair treatment to receive promotions

Review from IT Dept

The amount of work and skills and experience required to perform the job are paid more in comparison. Atleast 20% raise and one week more of time off

Review from Product Dept

I don't feel that my compensation is fair for the job that I do.

Review from Operations Dept

A review of the market brackets and a transparent discussion about performance-based raises would help me feel more valued. Additionally, opportunities for professional growth and development would also enhance my overall satisfaction.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Still unclear for me, do I need talk to the manager about the unhappy part, or it must be evaluated with the output. I don't like talk on sensitive items

Review from Product Dept

Better pay and paternity leave more than 2 weeks.

Review from IT Dept

Back in 2021, I was offered a position with 15k salary bump. I chose to stay at KUBRA. I was given the promotion of Team Lead, but found out someone on my Team was offered more than my initial raise. The difference of our salary is only 5k.

Review from Sales Dept

Increase in salary and more employee friendly leave policy.

Review from Engineering Dept

Raises that keep up with inflation would help.

Review from Product Dept

KUBRA is still below market value for salaries.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Because we severely understaffed and its very draining both physically and mentally
