I think my manager is doing the best they can with the constraints placed on them, and I hope for continued success for them. It's the decisions made above them that I sometimes take issue with. LZ has a culture of taking very conservative approaches which often hamper the customer experience.

I like the new open communication up stream and down. I personally have been doing this and have conversations with Sr. Directors and above. They take the insight and truly get back to me directly in a more expeditious manor then in the past few years. Had a lot of road blocks in the past.

LegalZoom Leadership has displayed a pattern of hiring outside the company for key roles. It seems Leadership prefers that you have a background that includes working for Amazon, as opposed to actual understanding of LegalZoom's products, practices, and processes.

Employee wages do not reflect the current market & are not competitive enough to retain talent. building a team culture. we have teams and managers of those teams, but the structure encourages, and incentives team members to work against each other even if they are on the same team, rather then help each other to achieve the goal of supporting our customers
