Remove 75% of the male Senior Leadership and hire more females. There is a huge gap here.

My supervisor believes the weakest link on our team is outstanding and chooses not to listen to our concerns.
Pay fairly for the work provided. Executives need to be more in touch with regular workers.

The people. HR and Recruiting is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help!
