Store managers tend to be down to earth people. Very grounded in reality. District managers take, take, take, and never give. Unyielding, disrespectful, and unappreciative.

The most i like about my team is that they always help every customer. If there's something the customer cant find we always try our best to get them the product or have it shipt to there home. Utilize existing internal website and bulletin boards to update stores on estimated ship times for in demand products. Provide training for new products and store procedures. Provide an Avenue for store to Corp communication. Replace senior management
