Never any appreciation shown or acknowledgement of work done. Long days, working with money alone, do 80% more work than the Store Manager and never recognized. A little positive feedback and appreciation goes a long way

Pay rate is low and the work is hard.
I was never offered any stock options when we went public they didn't give you hazard pay during the pandemic and they only paid minimum wage

Angry customers, computers that take roughly two minutes to load a single page. Requiring extensive knowledge in pools and supplies with almost no support. Google is a better resource than any internal tools.

My manager was understanding and allowed me to interview on the phone
It was quick, casual, and commenced.
