Store managers tend to be down to earth people. Very grounded in reality. District managers take, take, take, and never give. Unyielding, disrespectful, and unappreciative.

The most i like about my team is that they always help every customer. If there's something the customer cant find we always try our best to get them the product or have it shipt to there home. Speaking up for the employees when they see wrong doings or harrassment or bullying
Keeping long term employees, going out to store level And meeting and training them, communication instead of commanding like a drill Sargent, and listening.
Acquiring a reliable staff. Training said staff
Training and policy procedures would be the top two.
communicate with all team members, and provide REAL training, not just hand us a paper and tell us to read it and be done. holding people accountable.
Utilize existing internal website and bulletin boards to update stores on estimated ship times for in demand products. Provide training for new products and store procedures. Provide an Avenue for store to Corp communication. Replace senior management
They have poor leadership, very unorganized and NO communication with associates.
