Communication without conflict and fighting
Learn to be professional with class.
We have NEVER had a coworker meeting. Manager made statements regarding conversations with employees, that NEVER even happened due to her own personal reasons.

Most need to follow company rules instead of making their own. The workload needs to be shared evenly. They need better training from upper management.

Meetings are essentially worthless. No valuable information is ever contained and many stores simply sit them out because they are so unimportant
if we actually reviewed safety forms rather than the manager signing them for us, forging our signatures.
