My manager was understanding and allowed me to interview on the phone
It was quick, casual, and commenced.

it was way to easy to get hired on. At 1st this seemed ok. Then you realize that Leslies does not hire on Quality, they have to just fill positions as the turnover is extremely high

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not allowing jesica kruger to interview as she was rude , mean , aggressive and patronizing
Maybe if they didn't lie about how many hours you will receive. Or how after the season you will be let go! No mention of that.
