Having new management understand my value. Knowing the people making key decisions like staffing, are doing it with out cruel intentions or motives that suit their relationships.

Stay consistent. If you say no tatoos, them dont hire someone with them up and down their face amd arms. It set the tone from the very first few minutes. Which was followmour rules but as management....we won't.
