I think, but am not sure that our compensation package is on the high side of other tech companies. Facebook and Google pays engineers more (I think) but our benefits are very generous and comprehenisve.

There isn’t any scaled merit increase program for sales which after a couple years and more should be rewarded for loyalty independent of how tough the growth numbers or quota is. It’s tough to feel valued after giving up so much time away from family + extra hours being a team player w/o merit pay
