People genuinely care about the work that they do and the culture they are a part of. The company is very mission focused. Overall everyone wants to do a good job and be rewarded for it. Lot of smart people that you enjoy working with. The work is interesting and generally enjoyable.

Overall company culture is excellent. Certain teams with too many Indians are trying to corrupt this excellent culture by bringing in the service company culture. These are people who have converted to FTE from contractors from these Indian tech companies.
