Listen to regular employees rather than just the leadership. There is a high rate of people leaving the company. There is definitely a reason.

Current Management team is highly incompetent. Do not care about employees. Threaten employees if they refuse to work more than 40 hours. OT is mandatory but poorly compensated. Weekends are required. No work/life balance.
