Absolutely amazing. I've worked at Lullabot for over 7 years and plan to retire there. It's a workplace utopia - leadership is kind, caring, thoughtful, and encourages you to grow in the directions that you're passionate about.

I continually feel like a valued team member by my Lullabot colleagues, and I feel grateful and happy to bring my full self to work every day. I also get to work on inspiring, clean, modern, large scale projects for enterprise clients. It's a joy and a privilege to work at Lullabot.

The leadership team is very open -- it doesn't feel like a top-down company. Rather than employees feeling like resources that leadership wrings labor out of, the dynamic feels more like the leadership team's primary purpose is to support the rest of the team to enable them to do their best work.

Lullabot company culture is like no other. Considering that we're a distributed company, we're extremely close-knit. We visit each other's homes, celebrate life's triumphs and mourn losses together, and are actively in each other's lives outside of just a work capacity.
