I have deep respect for Marcos Pizza because they have respect for me, in return. The people they hire are friendly and helpful in anyway. Plus, they are always understanding and generous with time, which is really nice.

I am a wage slave in a capitalistic machine. I expect nothing less. A living wage would be nice, but this is 2026, I will take whatever breadcrumbs I can get from the CEO

I feel undervalued in simple terms because "there is nothing I am good at." (according to management.) I had to fight tooth and nail to get above minimum state wage for months.

Because paid minimim wage on a skeleton crew after having corporate cut the operation hour to 7 with signs EVERYWHERE blaming "lack of employees" really breaks you after a while.
