I was a driver for the racetrack, McDonough location. Our branch or District manager came to our location a few times and each time was more disappointing than the other. Not once did he presented himself as my superior or someone to strive towards.
They are so very personable
Absolutely, I think the leadership teams need an extensive amount of extra training.

Communication. They need to communicate things more respectfully and ask more questions. Instead of assuming and jumping on people over small minute issues. Ive managed plenty of places and this is by far the worse and most unproffesional establishment ive encountered yet.

Honestly I don't think it's possible to feel better about the compensation when you're making below minimum wage
For two months a raise that was promised to me for a specific shift never went through, resulting in loss of wages as well as disinterest in promotions based on lost funds.
No benefits available hours not being given
Pay better. We know they make enough money
If they made a change in how they are treating their employees. Make us feel heard and understood

They come to work ready for the day
They try no mater how crazy it gets.
It is really fun working with my coworkers. They can be a handful sometimes but we get the job done.
Some if the people.. but some of the people are very lazy and everyone is always on their phones instead of doing something. Drivers are not doing their jobs in the store..
Listen and read the books that's all
Showing up and doing their job and not expecting someone to do it for them

I honestly couldn't tell you it's all pretty negative. The compensation doesn't seem fair, the manager's mistreat you life at Marcos is terrible
Some of the employees are very kind and helpful and come to work ready to their job.
Sometimes I get time to myself when cleaning.
The poeple to me are what make the store . Outside of us as indiviauls much more can be improved theoughout the quality of our store and how it is handled

I walked in and was hired on the spot, never asked by work history until after they said I had a job and needed to hem fill out Ana applications
It was honest questions there's no beating around the bush
They said they were willing to work with me because I'm a retiree and wanted part-time work. Which is not true at all after being there 6 months. Manager has her favorites and she gives all the good hours to those high school kids
It let me in but was too easy and now there are people incapable of doing anything.
