What makes you most happy at work?

When I have my usual customers they come in and it makes my day to be appreciated for the service that I can give them

Making money and being around good coworkers

Nothing because I dread going into work knowing that I have got to stay busy the whole time I'm there when I watch other people on their phones laughing and giggling when they're not making pizzas it is a one-sided company

For my general manager and assistant manager to be removed and replaced. They perpetuate this vile environment and They are no longer fit to lead or run a thing.

Customers are rarely satisfied with their food and many orders have to be remade.

Health department regulations need to be met, employees need to be treated fairly with equal pay. Management needs an entire restructure.

Get me fair pay and stop cheating my hours

The opening manager cancels 3rd party orders because she doesnt want to make them and refuses to take large orders, we used to get a lot of business from large companies nearby like at&t and hotels etc and not anymore.

Anyone that walks in here views our manager as fake or off putting so they only return because of the food

DISTRICT MANAGERS ACTUALLY LISTEN TO EMPLOYEES AND DEAL WITH THE ROOTS OF TYHE PROBLEMS IN THE STORE.

It's already been listed here. Improvment: "for sale"

Some employees just have terrible customer service mostly because of lack of training

I hate this place but with COVID currently I can't afford to leave.
