What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like the GM and the MITs and the people who come in every once in a bit are also really nice. But they never stay till close so you can’t really get promoted in any way unless they stay and wat

That everyone works together to complete tasks

I was a driver for the racetrack, McDonough location. Our branch or District manager came to our location a few times and each time was more disappointing than the other. Not once did he presented himself as my superior or someone to strive towards.

They are so very personable

My teams is a good group of guys whom ive developed a extraordinary bond with. They are the only thing keeping me from quitting.

How people listen and understand

I like how we all work together to help each other out.

They are very supportive and go above and beyond for the emplpyees

My General manager is the most supportive person I've ever worked with

The managers were awesome only the general manager and the assistant manager were out of line most times.

The leadership is very competent and knowlegeable about what they are doing.

The ability to work as a team and get things done.

They are respectful fair and just they do not criticize me for being hearing impaired!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Absolutely, I think the leadership teams need an extensive amount of extra training.

Managers need to manage better

Communication and not being greedy

Communication. They need to communicate things more respectfully and ask more questions. Instead of assuming and jumping on people over small minute issues. Ive managed plenty of places and this is by far the worse and most unproffesional establishment ive encountered yet.

Keeping people in their positions and staying orginized to insure that orders come out in order and in a timely manner

Need to operate on a more professional level, encourage the hard work of their employees instead of just dismissing it, and way more respect.

Respecting their employees, open communication, transparency, and encouraging their hard work just not dismissing it.

OVERSTANDING WHAT THE WORD TEAM MEANS. LEAVE THE BS OUTSIDE BEFORE YOU CLOCK IN.

Working not everyone did there job

Being a voice for the staff, everyone is scared to step up and say anything bc of retaliation from the owner

Learning to be equal with everyone, and not only the ones she likes
