What did you like most about the interview process?

I walked in and was hired on the spot, never asked by work history until after they said I had a job and needed to hem fill out Ana applications

It was honest questions there's no beating around the bush

They said they were willing to work with me because I'm a retiree and wanted part-time work. Which is not true at all after being there 6 months. Manager has her favorites and she gives all the good hours to those high school kids

It let me in but was too easy and now there are people incapable of doing anything.

maybe make it a bit more rigorous and not just hire anyone on the spot

More thorough interviews would help

Better management is a must

Give the proper information about how to retrieve pay check stubs. Be honest about the pay you are to receive.

Better interviewing skills from management.

better background checks and longer interviews

They should tell you everything about the job before you start working there. You shouldnt have to ask basic questions that shouldve been told after they hire you.

Actually have an interview instead of random hires
