Overall the company seems to serve itself and its investors over employees. The sales agency has pockets of toxic elements . The company is obsessive with data and create narratives around that data to discipline employees. Overall it is one of the more toxic organizations ive seen.

Leadership is responsible for the negative workplace culture especially with its remote hired. The CEO and executives are directly responsible for tremendous turnover and lack of overall employee satisfaction. The CEO seems to be cold and cares only about moving company public

Matics co workers are spread across the country. It is a remote environment and no one cares about anyone as its every man and woman for themselves in the sales agency. Messages get no response and coworkers are only focused on themselves

Managers will downplay any positive performance and will severly focus on one negative attribute in order to keep you in a position of subserviency. The company uses performance improvement plans on almost every agent, which is a sign your expectations are unrealistic and toxic.

Leadership has a sever problem with retaining employees. Instead of fixing problems they continue to hire and AVOID the issues. Not only do sales agents leave but those in other areas are also leaving. The culture of OKRs is obsessive and toxic.
