Need to get better at leading. My manager is massively inexperienced and has no confidence, making dispute resolution nearly impossible. They'd rather fire the new guy than deal with the problem employee.

Long hours for Retail front line workers and it seems every year the company takes away pay incentives and benefits. This last year was a record year for the company even during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Staff was a minimum for less pay. Corporate leadership all got bonuses when retail lost benefits

The executive team displayed a lack of decision making and lack of care for their employees. During COVID-19, the company made maximum effort to limit financial damage and minimized employee care. Throughout the years I worked with the company, I had witnessed and experienced toxic leadership
