At Mattress Firm, we value our customers and communities, and we are committed to helping foster children. Mattress Firm Foster Kids, through the Ticket to Dream Foundation, a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit, was launched in December 2015 to make a positive impact in the lives of thousands of foster children in need. Through in-kind collection drives at participating stores and year-round, nationwide fundraising at all stores, Mattress Firm is able to provide thousands of foster children with clothes, shoes, school supplies, holiday gifts, and access to extracurricular activities, such as summer camp, sports and music lessons.
In 2017, Mattress Firm collected 508,244 essential items and $450,000 through in-store fundraising to donate to more than 200 foster care partners across 43 states. In addition, over $1 million was raised through annual campaigns.
