What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to get better at leading. My manager is massively inexperienced and has no confidence, making dispute resolution nearly impossible. They'd rather fire the new guy than deal with the problem employee.

Be practical. Hire a real CEO with previous experience. Don't promote friends.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a safety net as sleep experts/sales individuals. We get 1.5 x minimum wage no matter what we sell or do along with UNCAPPED commissions. You keep every piece of every sale no matter how much you make.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've not been offered any other options but a paycheck. There are other things?

Stop making it harder and harder to make money. They've reduced margins/ increased costs/taken away bonuses.

commissions should be higher, hours lower, and base pay greater.
I feel undervalued because they fake appreciate the work i do and they planned on getting rid of all their black employees they show favoritism towards the Hispanics and don't care for people of color

I generally liked my Coworkers
The fact that we can learn together, we all have different aspects of life and ideas and perceptions, and we get to bring them all together

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family feeling. Alot of Long tenure employees
Being able to talk to my supervisors , they come across like Co workers and not so much like a "boss"

They tried to keep things upbeat. There wasn’t negativity ever allowed, which can also be its own negativ

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Authoritative, decisive leadership at the manager level... and at the regional manager level. Both are weak leaders who see no benefit in a well-trained workforce.

Get rid of the local and divisional managers
Understand the word diversity it doesn't mean flip the entire opposite direction. Fire a bunch of these people who've been here 10 years and it's the only job they've ever had and now their in charge. Power trips with no overt sight.

The comradierty. Great envoirment indeed

When I feel like a full team member. And I love the guest relationships! I love being a sleep advocate, helping people sleep well, so they can live well. I bought in to this 100%!

Very little sales pressure and very little physical activity ( we rarely have to move mattresses and have a delivery system)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To much of forcing for the guests to buy needs to be stopped
Stores keep the lights running, don't mess up customers and store employees.
