Get rid of the local and divisional managers
Understand the word diversity it doesn't mean flip the entire opposite direction. Fire a bunch of these people who've been here 10 years and it's the only job they've ever had and now their in charge. Power trips with no overt sight.

HR and DM were pretty awful, not sire how they pick leadership but it needs to improve.
change ceo and get rid of 50% of your district managers and also area managers that are only out for themselves and foster negative environment so can manipulate people and promote mediocre managers

There is literally no work life balance. At all. None. You're at the store from 9:30-9pm usually, and you get zero breaks, and often you're alone not only for the day, but for the whole week. So you are literally just. Abandoned.
