What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To do interviews in person and not over the tablet while the store is open, and to give the person interviewing for the job the questions you are going to ask if they are going to be 4 questions inside of one question. And look at the resumes. They didnt even look at mine. I can go on and on and on!
Lack of quality employees. They literally will hire anyone
