The leadership needs to know the business and the customers and stop spending all the time in meeting rooms and slides. They focus on pretty slides while they use customers because the leadership does not know the business

Leadership development - there are far too many decision makers with no leadership, management, practical experience

Leadership does not evangelize or clearly communicate goals to team. Majority of marketing leadership has low amount of marketing experience

No techincal people in senior leadership (LabVIEW doesn't count). Uninspiring with no vision and no strategy other than cut costs.
