The positivity and willingness to embrace change
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Start hiring for experience and results. Reduce meetings and distractions.
They need to try and be a little less cutthroat with each other, mostly everyone is wonderful though.
Inexperienced, ineffective, "fan boy" mentality
Politics and unnecessary red tape often inhibit collaboration
Review from Marketing Dept
Team is great, lots of talented people, very good management (rare, have been on many teams). A shining star in a bleak sky.
