Very laid back and comfortable, people wear jeans and walk around a lot. There are tons of break rooms and comfortable spaces outside to work at.
Accepting of all types of people.
Casual professional environment, fun is allowed and encouraged.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better support for the front line - tools, resources, productive time without disruptions.
Improve Diversity - Very few woman employees, fewer women in leadership roles. Be more inclusive - Not very inclusive of branches outside USA.
The company needs leadership that the employees trusts.
