How do you feel about going to work at NCS Pearson everyday?
I want to be able to work remotely at least partially.
How's the feedback proccess at NCS Pearson?
Broken. Managers are pulled too many ways by C-level execs to be able to spend much time with employees and giving them feedback. Any feedback received is if something is done wrong.

Uncertain on a lot of days.

Going home in the afternoon.

Unbalanced. Just when you have slowed down after a busy period, there is unnecessary urgency thrown my way.

Very locked down vibe. Stress out unnecessarily. I work on average 45 hours a week.

None were difficult.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from NCS Pearson?
I met with a recruiter first over the phone for 30 minutes, then met a manager, director, Sr. VP, CFO, and CEO. Each for about 30 minutes. I heard back within 24 hours each time I spoke with someone.

Conservative, doesn't think outside the box, stick with the way it's always been done. Not open to change....
