I want to be able to work remotely at least partially.

Broken. Managers are pulled too many ways by C-level execs to be able to spend much time with employees and giving them feedback. Any feedback received is if something is done wrong.

Unbalanced. Just when you have slowed down after a busy period, there is unnecessary urgency thrown my way.

I met with a recruiter first over the phone for 30 minutes, then met a manager, director, Sr. VP, CFO, and CEO. Each for about 30 minutes. I heard back within 24 hours each time I spoke with someone.

Conservative, doesn't think outside the box, stick with the way it's always been done. Not open to change....
